Do you accept insurance?
We are not accepting insurance at this time; however, we will provide you with an itemized receipt with everything you need to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some insurances are able to reimburse some, if not all of the amount you spent for your evaluation and treatment. Remember that reimbursement is based on your actual insurance plan so you may want to give them a call before you book your appointment.
What payment options do you accept?
Integrative Care 360 offers these payment options:
Major credit cards, debit, and online payments (ie. Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
In most cases, Integrative Care 360 may be paid for using your employer-based Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Contact your health insurance representative for specific details on your HSA and FSA benefits coverage.
Will you accept insurance in the future?
We are in the process of being credentialed by several insurance companies. Check back soon for an updated list of insurance companies or call our office to ask about your specific insurance details.
